PRICING AND POLICIES
Customers will be provided with a comprehensive itinerary outlining the various destinations and sights they will encounter, ensuring they are well informed about what to anticipate.
PAYMENT TERMS
After clients have confirmed their booking they will receive an invoice with all details. In order to confirm the reservation, our esteemed customers are required to deposit 30% of the invoice cost and the remain amount will be paid upon arrival date.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by bank wire/transfer.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the office. Cancellations will be considered effective from the date of receipt of cancelletion by the office. The company will apply cancellation charges as stipulated.
If the Trekking and Safari is canceled;
- 65 days and above before departure – No cancellation fees apply.
- 30 days before departure – 15% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 days before departure – 30% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 24 hours before departure – 80% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation fees.
The reason for being charged for trip cancellation is that, during that time, the office will have already made reservations for the hotel, paid park entrances, transfer fees, and incurred office charges.
INSURANCES
As part of the booking requirements, client’s are solely responsible for ensuring they possess adequate comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves throughout their stay to Tanzania.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
Clients are responsible for ensuring the validity of their passports and visas for the countries they plan to visit. Tourist visas for Tanzania can be obtained upon arrival at the border/airport for $50 per person. Alternatively, visas can be obtained in advance from the embassy in your home country. It is advisable to check visa requirements before departing from your home country.
